2.1 Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or that infringes the rights of others.
2.2 Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. Nothing on this website constitutes professional accounting, legal or financial advice.

3. Our services
3.1 Scope
The services we provide are agreed between TaxSeek and the accountancy practice in a separate engagement agreement or statement of work. These terms do not override any specific terms agreed in writing for a particular engagement.
3.2 White-label delivery
All work is prepared for delivery under the client practice’s branding, templates and workflow. TaxSeek does not communicate with the end clients of the practice unless explicitly authorised to do so.
3.3 Professional responsibility
TaxSeek prepares production work for review and approval by the client practice. Final sign-off, professional judgement, advice to end clients and submissions to HMRC and Companies House remain the responsibility of the client practice at all times.
3.4 Quality and remediation
If prepared work does not meet the agreed standard, we will revise it at no additional cost. Any concerns should be raised promptly and in writing.
4. Confidentiality and data
Both parties agree to treat each other’s confidential information with appropriate care. Client data and financial information supplied to TaxSeek is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any data processing agreement in place between the parties.

5.2 Work product
Prepared work returned to the client practice becomes the property of the client practice on delivery, subject to payment of any outstanding fees.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxSeek is not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of this website or our services
- Loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity
- Errors in work arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client practice
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
